For Double Bay Good Food Week, Simmone will be cooking all week from her newly-released cookbook In the Kitchen – available from Simmone Logue Double Bay.

— Chicken olive and tomato dumplings
— Slow braised lamb shoulder with artichoke and eggplant
Both are served with a delicious potato mash.
